A sea-view unit at Bayview Garden had cracked glass sealant around the window frames and hardened, shrunken waterproof sealant strips, causing water ingress around the windows and sills during heavy rain. Amgen erected bamboo scaffolding for external wall works, removed the old glass sealant around the frames and re-applied silicone sealant, replaced the waterproof sealant strips and repaired the waterproofing at the concrete joints above the windows. A water spray test on completion confirmed all seepage issues were fully resolved.
