Tsuen Wan Bayview Garden — Aluminium Window Waterproofing Works
A sea-view unit at Bayview Garden had cracked glass sealant around the window frames and hardened, shrunken waterproof sealant strips, causing water ingress around the windows and sills during heavy rain. Amgen erected bamboo scaffolding for external wall works, removed the old glass sealant around the frames and re-applied silicone sealant, replaced the waterproof sealant strips and repaired the waterproofing at the concrete joints above the windows. A water spray test on completion confirmed all seepage issues were fully resolved.
Yau Ma Tei Lucky Building — Full Flat Aluminium Window Replacement
A unit at Lucky Building had old aluminium windows with oxidised hinges and shrunken sealant, no longer closing tightly. Amgen fabricated a full set of bespoke silver-grey aluminium windows combining top-hung projected, casement and decorative aluminium grille designs for ventilation, waterproofing and aesthetics, compliant with Class II Minor Works requirements. The windows now open smoothly with a unified appearance.
Tuen Mun Shan King Estate — Public Housing Full Window Replacement
A public housing unit at Shan King Estate had old oxidised iron windows with loosened hinges, posing safety risks during typhoons. Amgen fabricated a full set of bespoke silver-grey aluminium windows combining top-hung projected and casement designs for both ventilation and waterproofing, compliant with Class II Minor Works requirements. The windows now open smoothly with a refreshed appearance.
